On the 3rd of June Alfa Laval inaugurated their new Service Centre in Athens.
Alfa Laval is headquartered in Lund, Sweden and has had a subsidiary in Greece since 1977. On Tuesday 3rd of June the company inaugurated their new service center in Athens and Swedish ambassador Charlotte Wrangberg cut the ribbon. Afterwards the Ambassador made a speech in which she emphasized the importance that Swedish companies have in the world and the significance of having a well-developed Corporate Social Responsibility. She held Alfa Laval as a good example of this and referred to both the company’s success in business and the adopted CSR principles including human rights, transparency and environment.
Greece's deputy Minister of Development and Competitiveness Notis Mitarakis participated and from Alfa Laval the Executive Vice President in charge of the Western Europe and North America Region Nish Patel and the Regional Manager Sergio Hickes were present.
